Community Vision can provide a repair service on either a ‘call out’ basis or under a Preventative Maintenance Agreement regardless of whether the communal TV system has been installed by ourselves.
Faults do occur and, if they cannot be prevented in the first place, it is vital for residents they are resolved as quickly as possible. We can address this issue by providing a comprehensive and cost effective Preventative Maintenance Service. This includes: a survey of the current television system to ensure it meets with today’s standards; two planned preventative maintenance visits each year to minimise faults and, if a fault does occur, provide a rapid response to rectify any issues found.

Our engineers are still operating as usual and are able to visit you to install Sky or fix any TV problems that may be apparent.
